Book Club

On Saturday, June 7th, please join me for a discussion of the Bhagavad Gita.

This is a one-time book club gathering for yoga students who want to explore the deeper roots of practice through the Bhagavad Gita -- a foundational philosophical text that speaks to purpose, self-inquiry, action, and devotion.

The Bhagavad Gita is a small section of a much larger epic, the Mahabharata. Whether you’ve read the Bhagavad Gita before or are encountering it for the first time, you are welcome!

Bring your curiosity, insight, reflections, and willingness to share in community. You’ll leave with a deeper sense of what this text is really about, and how the teachings can support your practice both on and off the mat.

Get the book at no cost here: The Bhagavad Gita - Introduced & Translated by Eknath Easwaran

Consider taking the yoga class preceding book club! There will be 30 minutes between the yoga class and book club so you'll have time to get settled.
